Newborn portraits The ideal time for newborn portraits is during the first 2 weeks of life. Your baby will rapidly lose the identifiable signs of newborn infancy; the fetal positioning, the wrinkled skin, the tiny hands and feet and the tendency to sleep a lot. They grow so fast!
